Step 1: Install Gboard
1. Open the Google Play Store app and search for Gboard or follow this link :

2. If it's not installed, download and install it. If already installed, check for updates to ensure it's up to date.
Step 2: Configure Gboard
1. Go to your device's Settings app.
2. In the top search bar, type "keyboard" and select Default Keyboard from the results.
3. Select Manage Keyboards, then toggle on Gboard.
4. Go back to the previous window, at the top tap on Default Keyboard, then choose Gboard.
5. Tap on Gboard, then tap on Langugaes, tap on Add Keyboard, type "Amharic," and select አማርኛ (ኢትዮጵያ).
6. Press the Done button to finish the setup.
Step 3: Test the Keyboard
1. Open any app that allows you to type, such as an internet browser or a messaging app.
2. Tap on any text field to bring up the keyboard. Tap the globe icon at the bottom-left corner of the keyboard to switch between English and Amharic.
