(hfltJ II 101 I: : 101 : r' CP;J 2.30 247/2001 A PROCLAMA TION TOPROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OFFUEL PRICE STABILIZA TION FUND WHEREAS, having due cognizance ofthe close tie that fuel products have with every economic and social and their importance in the economy; WHEREAS, it has become necessary to establish a scheme which would stabilize fuel price. NOW; of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows: Title This proclamation may be cited as the' 'Fuel Price Stabilization Fund Establishment Proclamation Establishment Ful Price Stabilization Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the is hereby established to be deposited in a special account to be opened by the Ministry of Finance.
